Built-in 1878 as a multi-family home, it was converted to single family in 1999 by the current owners. Careful attention was paid to preserving the original plaster moldings, multi-piece trim work, doors, leaded glass transoms, soapstone fireplaces and ten foot high ceilings. The house was built in the Victorian Italianette-style and as such has a yellow stucco facade. The renovation included all new plumbing, electrical, new hardwood flooring throughout, new baths and a new kitchen.
